"Si estuvieras"... is an experimental short film that explores the stages of grief through a visual and emotional sequence. After the absence of a loved one, the inner world of the person who remains begins to transform, moving through denial, anger, sadness, and ultimately, acceptance. Through memories, silences, and everyday moments that now exist only in memory, Dulce confronts Isaac’s absence as her mind fills with images that blend past and present. Photographs, distant laughter, and small shared moments reveal the depth of a love that endures even when someone is no longer there.
