Synopsis

Change of Pace follows Jack, a young professional trapped in a monotonous daily routine where each morning unfolds in the exact same way, slowly draining his energy and sense of purpose. As the repetition takes its toll, his movements become dull and mechanical, reflecting the emotional weight of his lifestyle. Over time, however, small moments of awareness begin to surface, leading him to make subtle changes in his routine. These shifts gradually bring back a sense of intention and energy, hinting at a deeper transformation as Jack begins to realize he has the power to break free from the cycle that once defined his life.
